Shears & Scissors
Bevels, convex and curved shears are sharpened on a next generation innovative sharpening machine. It addresses the issues associated with convex and curved shears.
Before your scissors are taken apart they are checked for correct tension, missing equipment (bumper, rings, washers) and proper alignment.
Sometimes these adjustments bring the shears back to working condition.
Otherwise, the blade edges are sharpened, polished, cleaned, oiled and reassembled for testing.
Clipper Blades
Blades are sharpened on a revolutionized automated sharpening system. The machine's automation provides uniformity by applying equal pressure and speed. It minimizes human error and delivers superior results each and every time.
Prior to sharpening, the blade is inspected for broken teeth and the quantity of life remaining. We will let you know if the blade is nearing end-of-life.
After the automatic sharpening machine has finished, the comb and cutter are put back together, oiled, and tested for smoothness.
